we're off to see the muffin man!

I made some cupcakes today and all in all, they turned out pretty nice. I made some chocolate vegan ones and they are so delicious and moist. Problem is, though, they were stuck in the tins, despite the fact that I sprayed the tin with oil.










These are all the mangled cup cakes that were stuck in the tins.

I also made some lovely rainbow cupcakes. Totally pretty. I haven't tasted them yet though. I hope they're good.
